The activity of software testing is an activity very important which belongs to the software development process. This activity can be done using software testing techniques that allow identify and eliminate errors witch still remain. To assist this activity is created a document that describes all the testing activity, called test plan. This work aims to create and apply a test plan in a subframework to semantic analysis of formulas developed by the Research Group on Software Engineering at UTFPR Ponta Grossa. During the tests several cases where performed. These tests allowed improving the quality of the product, minimizing the amount of errors found by end users and reducing the maintenance costs.
