This work is the result of an interview conducted at a company, small business, the textile industry, clothing women's fashion, in order to collect data for further analysis. This paper presents the general data obtained in this company. It was proposed to identify an ideal tool that could design the processes identified and mapped the existing company. It was found, then, BPMN, and together with the Process Modeler software BizAgi, Copyright © 2011- BizAgi, obtained an order to submit designs of these processes. This study shows, in general, it is possible to generate performance indicators of the metrics obtained from the posts by means of simple control and well structured.
