Resumo
Human interaction with the world of information technology (it) establishes, necessarily, relations with the learning process. The ability with which each individual deals with what you learn may reflect, including, in the way that his remuneration shall be conducted, for better or for worse, but inevitably according to what you learn and how to apply this learning. Extends this notion, the remuneration system exerts organisations in knowledge acquisition and influences on their competitiveness. Supported by a theoretical-conceptual approach on remuneration and management remuneration was a study of qualitative, descriptive and exploratory nature, through the case study method, whose goal was to know the pay system adopted by a group of companies in the industry of Informatics of the Distrito Federal to remunerate professionals of this area.
