The tests and usability reviews have, besides other things, the goal of providing users, usable systems and, consequently, better quality. However, these activities still have barriers to implementation, either by cost, runtime and, mainly, by disbelief from some developers in their effectiveness. This article presents the results of a survey conducted with users of the Sistema de Boletins e Alterações (SisBol), whose questions were based on the usability problems found by heuristic evaluation, with the goal of measuring the degree of perception of the user. The result showed that the average of the responses obtained from users corresponded largely with the degrees of severity measured in heuristic evaluation, indicating, in this case, the effectiveness of the methodology
