This paper aims to clarify how to foster healthcare alignment in integrated delivery network (IDN) through interoperability enhancement. It presents an approach for assessing alignment of integrated healthcare information systems (HIS). In the case of alignment gaps in the integrated delivery network due to a lack of interoperability, it is quite important to have the means to plan point to point interoperability scenarios. This paper proposes a novel approach of processes interoperability evolution, which aims at finding the best effort distribution needed to establish efficient Integration Delivery Network (IDN).
