Resumo

This paper presents a description of a method for workshop to establish references to Software, Systems and Services Process Improvement (SPI). This method is called PRO2PI-WORK (Workshop for Establishing a PRO2PI), where PRO2PI (Process Modeling Profile to Drive Process Improvement) is both the name of the methodology for process improvement and the name of the set of references that drive improvement. This set can have three types of models: Process Capability Profile, Process Enactment Description and Process Performance Indicator. This method is innovative because it integrates these three types of models during the phases of an improvement cycle for better guidance and monitoring of improvement. The current version has four sequential phases: Preparation (Phase 1), Analysis of References (Phase 2), Consolidation of References (Phase 3) and Conclusion (Phase 4) and eighteen activities
