Resumo

The internet and the service-oriented computing paradigm have increased the scope of Business Process Management (BPM) for intra-organizational services to cooperation between organizations. As BPM handles large volumes of information, it can benefit from reuse techniques in modeling, implementation and monitoring of business processes. In this paper, we define an electronic contract model and an infrastructure for BPM based on the Product Line (PL) approach and the feature modeling technique as a more efficient and systematic manner to allow the reuse of information within the context of BPM. The proposed infrastructure deals with the entire life cycle of electronic contracts from establishment to execution. In particular, this article focuses on process monitoring according to the specifications defined in electronic contracts.
