Resumo
This brief test seeks to contribute to the reflection to the knowledge management as a joiner actions that promote the generation, storage, dissemination and knowledge sharing at educational institutions. The knowledge and knowledge management in education permeates both problematic about the generation of knowledge in teaching-learning situation on school management strategies based on knowledge. This study was carried through by means of explorer research, by means of qualitative boarding, counting on the support of secondary research in deriving organizations of the education area - Education institutions, located in the city of São Paulo. Otherwise, this report is helping by bibliographical research related with the subjects of management of knowledge and technological innovation. Thus, it appears that the extent of knowledge management under the transformation of the school management by using management tools based on knowledge, promoting the establishment of communities of practice to learn to learn together and share knowledge, which allows the creation of new relationships between school, students and teachers. The contribution of Jacques Delors model allows to experience the opportunity of learning to learn, learning to do, learning to live together and learn, becoming the pillars of Education for the Future.
