The present study is an investigation of field of descriptive type that has as general objective, to study the Business Engineering pattern applicable to the Information Systems of the Multiple Services Municipal taxgatherer Company SERMUCA, C.A., located in Barquisimeto, Lara State. For such a purpose, from a population conformed by eleven (11) offices of attention to the client with which SERMUCA, C.A. counts on, in three (3) municipalities of the country, it was selected, through the intentional sampling, the office of the Municipality Iribarren of Barquisimeto, located at David Tower. As instruments of data gathering they were applied the direct observation technique, the documental source analysis technique, and the operational techniques for the handling of the documental sources.  The study of this new model has been the fruit of the information technology, the communication technology, and the clients´ constant demands that companies operate with a reduced extraordinary cost and much more efficient business processes, and on short term. The application of this model is of great importance and relevance since it would increase the service level significantly to the client generating high economic revenues to the organization, which continues in the competitive market by its service quality
