The PSPO-ECT is a standard adopted by ECT to develop and maintain software. Among its processes, there is one process that focus the guarantee of quality including planning and execution. This work proposes improvements to a complete guarantee quality cycle to be integrated to PSPO-ECT. The proposal includes the use of quality management from PMBoK/PMI and Six Sigma models of quality to the PSPO-ECT process. In addition, some templates to help the application of the proposed standard were defined and presented in this work.
