Resumo


The online communities have being adopted by organizations as a tool to integrate workers, clients or suppliers. In order to be adopted, it is necessary that in its design be contemplated sociability aspects that promote the integration between its members. However, at the same time, the presence of these aspects in design can raise the conviviality between the individuals. it can also incite potential tensions and modify the balance of the community. The objective of this article is to stand out the importance of the presence of principles of sociability in design of communities on-line and its implications for the dualities and tensions proceeding from the conviviality in net. For that, we analyze an example of a community on-line, whose activity requires the inclusion of sociability aspects. The conclusion is that the design should balance the tensions proceeding from the integration of the members in the communities on-line.
