Resumo


Nowadays, the information and processes rationalization appears like a key factor to enterprises that want to acquire competitive advantages and be more efficient in your business. In this direction, many organizations are adopting an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. It is fact that the ERP implementation is always a critical process for the involved organization, had mainly to the deep changes and risks that are associates to this type of project. In this context, this paper considers to evaluate the use of the risk management in an ERP implementation, in an organization that belongs to the small and medium enterprise's (SME) segment. All the analysis is based on the case study of this company that recently have implemented an ERP system. At the end, the main conclusions about the study are presented.
