The scenery marked by the impacts of the globalization of markets, of the, intense flow of products, services and capitals, allied to the maintainable and responsible development, it mobilized the society for the search and the adoption of new production models. In Brazil, the Enterprises of Solidary Economy appear as an option of social organization of the work, of income and an useful atmosphere for the construction and sharing of the knowledge. The interest for the theme " Knowledge Management" extrapolates the sphere of the Business Organizations and of the Institutes of Researches and it reaches a new field - the Enterprise of Solidary Economy. The intention of this communication is to try to understand how it is created and disseminated the knowledge in the Enterprises of Solidary Economy, inserted in the market economy, starting from Community's of Practice concept.
