The aim of this research is to identify the decision theory and the decision models through concepts and also to analyse the decision models that the managers use based on characteristics, peculiarities and conceptual bases in order to discuss the several factors that influence the decisive process. The use methodology was deductive with indirect documentation and bibliographical revision. The conclusion is that three factors influence the decisive process: the external environment and/or the economic factors, the proper organization and the personal will of those who decide. Some authors defend that the managers use rules of inference in the decisive process, others defend  that  the managers  use  the Decision Theory  to  define  their  attitudes  and  there  is  another  group which defend that the managers decide based on the Decision Theory and the Behavior Changes.
