FROM CYBERNETICS TO COMPLEXITY - ORIGIN AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFORMACIONAIS SYSTEMS

Resumo
This article presents the history of the information systems, from the origin of the Cybernetics, tracing the ways covered since the decade of 1940 until the current moment of the transdisciplinarity of knowing human, in which the epistemology of the complex thought (Edgar Morin) occupies prominence function. The passage contemplates authors such as: Norbert Wiener; Claude Shannon; Warren Weaver; Gregory Bateson; Warren McCullock; John Von Neummann; Gastón Bachelard; Jacques Derrida, among others. It is intended to promote a deepening of the look on the current state of the technologies of the information (T I) and to mainly point out the relation of same with education and the research, what it is equivalent to the denomination "tecno-science", where are focused the inter-relations between the research in the university and the practical of market. The developed educative action in the academic work in question is express in the activities of the Group of Research Pedagogical Cybernetics of USP (CNPq), mainly through the called Project "Shortcuts for the Digital Inclusion of Children, Young and Adults" recently initiated, with support of the Pro-Reitoria of Culture and Extension of the University of San Paul.
