Resumo


The performance evaluation by competences system is very useful for enterprises that apply or intent to apply a management by competences. This is the case of the CODT, that has the focus on the development of their employees and that sees this study as a possibility of systematize and increase the quality of its services. The CODT is a service enterprise in the health area, that to keep the high pattern of quality required by the market, it must have employees highly qualified and working for the same objective. In this context was defined the following research problem: what are the indicators of competence the CODT should approach in order to create a system of performance evaluation to manage better the quality of its employees services? About the applied methodology, the study was characterized about to the ends as a research: qualitative, descriptive and applied theoretician. The data analysis was made through the established relations among the documentary analysis, the information got in the interviews and the participant observation, relating all this with the theory. It could be noticed that the actual administration sees the human resources as a key for the maintenance of the quality, and it must be directly related to the organizational strategy. It can be concluded that the Competence Measuring, built through the Behavior Inventary of Competences charting can be used for all the employees, considering the Function Competence Level
