This paper, which began on studying to several projects in a company that renders services, discusses the partnership type relationship between the client organization and outsourcing vendor. It is also discussed the subject of the project factors and analyzing the inherent risks to possible mistakes in the specification. The paper presents an iterative and incremental development process based on Unified Process for computers networks projects. Two projects are showed in the case study. The objective is to investigate the dynamic of real ventures and illustrate the process proposed in this work.
