Resumo
This study aims to examine if the structure of the People Development Plan (in portuguese Plano de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas - PDP), considering the parameters of training and development, accomplishes the strategic goal of creation and improvement of SENAI/CTA I task force competencies. From the analysis of the strategic goal of training, from the analysis and follow-up of the People Development Plan, and from the verification of an existing training evaluation tool, it has been noted that the PDP structure is formatted according to the requirements of SENAI/SC Management, which allows an effective organizational knowledge management. To perform this job, an applied survey has been conducted in a qualitative approach. Regarding the ends, it is classified as exploratory-descriptive and regarding the means, as a field research, bibliographic, case study and documentary. To collect data, the method of direct-intensive observation and interviews with professionals from Strategic Planning and People Management field were used.
