Resumo
Strategies that didn’t pass of a good idea, softwares that are not implemented, consultants that are martyred. The world of the managerial administration is full of histories of successes, but much more of failures. The subject is the reason similar companies they present such ambiguous behaviors to the point of they invest million in new processes and methods and the same ones, after a time they become true white elephants. The present article presents with help of the base of data of a system of information of human resources, of a teaching institution, to model the existent data with the purpose of obtaining an indicator what hour is called C.F.K. - Coefficient Of Formal Knowledge, whose idea is to quantify the level of formal knowledge of the form organizations the knowledge, in advance, the chances that certain industry will have in your following considering your functional structure and the structure of your employees of the organization knowledge.
