Resumo


For the modern administration, the development of integrated systems becomes each more fast the process for the decision taking, contributing to reduce uncertainties. This is possible through the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Enterprises changes brings as consequences, impacts that go of the enterprise structure until the career of the professionals. This research had as objective to analyze the impacts caused by the implementation of an ERP system in a medicine deliverer. As this is a research in the field of social sciences, its content possesses character of case study, descriptive-explorative and of qualitative approach. Factors as the lack of motivation and interest had harmed the course of the project of implementation of the ERP system, since the degree of importance given after this implantation was very low. Thus, the use of the tools of software went losing place for palliative forms in the accomplishment of the tasks, as it was the case of the use of spread sheets in Excel. Two years later, this concept was changed through of contracting of a business consulting company, that from the enterprise diagnosis were accomplished changes in the operational routines creating a climate of cooperation and responsibility. Therefore, it was concluded that the main factors that respect to the impacts had been considered strategic and behaviorist in the enterprise environment.
