Resumo


Software systems for internet (web systems) have changed dynamically because they are able to reach the clients at low costs. Thus, the demand for product and service offers intensively creates new functions and changes the existing ones, with reduced response times, and most of the time with simultaneous development of parts of the systems. This kind of software must present strong performance specifications and secure transactions and information. The purpose of this study is to present the usage of the dynamic vision of HCI(Navigation Flow) of a web system as a support tool for the Software Maintenance process, offering help to define the maintenance scope, identify precisely the risks and impact points, obtain a precise estimate of time and effort, check the consistency of the interface and the navigation flow, and define quality methods and procedures. The analysis of this Software Maintenance process was done through case studies of the development of evolutionary and corrective maintenance projects of a web system of a financial sector, and the positive points and difficulties experimented were highlighted.
