ESTRATÉGIA DIGITAL-COMO-PRÁTICA: O IMPACTO DOS SISTEMAS DE INFORMAÇÃO ESTRATÉGICOS NA AGILIDADE E DESEMPENHO ORGANIZACIONAL

Resumo


A objetivo deste estudo foi analisar como a agilidade e desempenho organizacional são habilitados por meio de sistemas de informação estratégicos habilitando a estratégia-como-prática (ISS-SM) por meio da estratégia digital, na abordagem prática e práxis. Métodos: foi utilizada a modelagem de equação estrutural com uma amostra de 114 empresas brasileiras de diferentes setores. Resultados: os resultados revelaram que o SIS-SP apresentou influência direta na agilidade organizacional e indireta ao desempenho organizacional.  Conclusões: o estudo contribuiu para a extensão da literatura de estratégia como prática e agilidade organizacional, confirmando que o SIS-SP é uma alternativa para habilitar a agilidade e desempenho organizacional.
