This article addresses the theme involved in the development of a flowchart for Capacity and Performance Management in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) environment, based on ITIL 4 practices, with the objective of implementing an optimized process. This process aims to assist municipal administrations in governance activities, adding value to the services provided to citizens.
