Process model for small business based on MOSE Competence

Resumo
Present a unified model proposal, applicable to small enterprises, built based on the objectives and competencies described in mose capable of assisting and supporting the standardization of processes and improvement of governance.\r\n\r\n.Presenting a unified model proposal is relevant in the general context of the organizational improvement process, especially for small enterprises, as it illustrates from a practical, exemplifying approach how important points of the model, perhaps abstract in a first analysis, can be implemented in a real case\r\n The authors reviewed the literature, followed by a case study, based on their market experiences, identified the needs of small enterprises and how to meet them with the implementation of the MOSE, proposing an integrated model in the BPMN language that serves as an example reference for future implementations.Presentation of a business modeling proposal, which would line the need for small companies to MOSE, and can be instantiated in several niches, accelerating the process of evaluation and improvement of governance, productivity and management, being a valuable source of comparison of the reality of these companies for an external.The literature has little reference on the methodology of implementation of improvement processes for small enterprises, thus, this work presents a very relevant contribution being possible to clarify the vision of this type of enterprise and increasingly improve the quality and competitiveness in the market.\r\nAn external view on the functioning of processes in small enterprises is a valuable opportunity to identify improvements for organizations, especially when important issues such as innovation and sustainability, in general, are little addressed in small enterprises.\r\n\r\n"
