This article is intended to verify, through a systematic review of the literature, as interdisciplinary teams are addressed in projects using agile and Design Thinking methodologies. The articles analyzed of the two methodologies was carried out, emphasizing the skills, roles and areas of expertise of the team members and industry that these methodologies are being used. It was found that this is a current topic due to half of the articles used in this systematic review of the literature being of conferences origin. With academic relevance, because many articles describe the implementation of agile and Design Thinking methodologies in disciplines for future researches and practitioners
In addition, there is a need for further studies of both methodologies in a separate, because they have low volume on the topic as well as the two being employed jointly, as they have many similar characteristics, such as the skills and roles of involved members of project teams in the two methodologies.
