Resumo


Strategic planning in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is essential to the success of investments in technology because it allows you to map the current situation and to provide options for a future scenario. The actions aimed at enabling the achievement of the intended goal depends, however, decisions about what to invest and the priority between them. This makes up the tasks of a decision-maker, however, small and medium-sized companies, often public or private not have this role in the planning process, or rely on this feature being developed by individuals with little depth knowledge of ICT, that will not allow an accurate analysis of the technological resources. In this context, we try to analyze the problem of decision making on the strategic planning of ICT, from the use of game theory in prioritizing actions in ICT projects, with artifacts from petic methodology in a case study as a result it was possible to prioritize investments for five years of planning in 42 actions to be developed.
