It is noticed the importance of the use of processes of software development as the ESTRELA model, that allows the team to develop products in way fast, simple and dynamics. However after an accomplished analysis it was noticed that the ESTRELA model doesn't specify in full detail as it accomplishes the administration of the risks, for that it will be presented in this work a proposal call of E-Risks to be used together with the ESTRELA model.
