This paper analyzes the processes of institution and an improvement is proposed to increase productivity in the development and maintenance of the hospital system. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach to literature review and analysis of documents of the institution. Evaluating the institutionalized process flows we observe a positive change in driving the development and maintenance with savings in time, costs and deadlines. Methods were used and the documents, the institution analyzed the results from this and starts a process of continuous improvement.
