Resumo
A large part of the organizational activities requires a flow of timely information and knowledge. In this sense, it is important to address the playing field of information systems as a tool to support management decisions, as well as business operations. But little good if that support conventional systems (routines, processes, methods) are not well structured. Thus, this study attempts to propose, based on extensive literature review, a model for evaluating the performance of Enterprise Resource Planning ERP systems in small and medium enterprises in the retail industry. From the analysis of the valuation models, we chose to adopt, as a main reference, the Model Interaction of Silver, Markus, and Beath (1995), unfolding in variables Overall Performance System, Quality of IT Infrastructure, Amplitude Fit System and Process Quality Deployment and several indicators.
