Resumo


Performance indicators help stakeholders evaluate whether the projects are being executed as planned, and when necessary support the decisions of the project manager to correct its direction. The main objective of this study is to identify the key performance indicators of projects with virtual teams. Having methodological strategy like a case study only in an international consulting firm. From the analysis a set of performance indicators of projects found in the literature, it is concluded that there are four key indicators for this type of project: meet the schedule, deliverables satisfy customer requirements, commitment to results and communication efficiency.
